Homeowner Highlight – The Sebastian by Richard
This week, Eastbrook Homes would like to present a Homeowner Highlight featuring Richard, who moved into his new West Michigan home just in time for the Holiday Season. Richard shares his reasons choosing the Sebastian home plan, and also provides some for great insight into the Eastbrook building process and tips on how people can make their new construction process easier.
EBH: When did you move into your home?
Richard: Moved in on 12/16/17
EBH: What home plan do you have?
EBH: What is your decorating inspiration?
Richard: Rustic modern
EBH: What are your favorite features in your home?
Richard: The large kitchen design, the additional cabinets in the dining room and the master bathroom.
Richard: It was great, this is the second Eastbrook home we built. Working with Martha at the start and then Ann at the design study was fantastic and very easy.
EBH: Do you have any tips or tricks for new homeowners?
Richard: Take your time, go through as many houses as possible, go to the Parade of Homes to get your priority ideas down. Make a list of “must haves” versus “possible adds”. This will save time and hopefully keep you within budget.
EBH: Any other thoughts you would like to add?
Richard: Eastbrook does a great job making sure you make great selections and keep you within your budget. If we decide to build again in the future we will be building again with Eastbrook.
