First-floor living is what we were looking for, and we are outdoor people, so our outdoor spaces fit our family lifestyle so much.

What do you love about your Eastbrook community?

Everyone in our Eastbrook community has been very nice.

What included features surprised you most?

The in-home humidifier has changed our winters in the best way possible.

What are your favorite features in your home?

We love all the windows overlooking the water.

What made you choose Eastbrook Homes as your builder?

Eastbrook homes had a great reputation, and we were shocked that they finished homes early, rather than the horror stories you usually hear about homebuilding delays.

What was your building process/Eastbrook experience like?

We loved the online portal where you can see home plans change in real time based on your selections. Bruce and Natalie were patient through the home selection process, and the Home Creation Studio was so much fun. Steve, our construction manager, kept our home on schedule.

What does “home” mean to you?

Home to us is where our family is, and what we have created is a sanctuary of peace, love, and laughter. Our kids love being home, and our family and friends love to visit.   

Do you have any tips or tricks for new homeowners?

We spent our money on the structural things that were important to us; anything else can easily be changed down the road. We had a budget, and we stuck to it, which made our homebuilding process stress-free.
