Excellent design of the Community of Villas of Spring Lake CC. Well thought out exteriors, including variety of designs, facades, colors, roof colors, wall and masonry mixture and wandering nature of the streets and streetscapes. Well-designed interiors with wide hallways, excellent sight lines. Walking into the front door the sight lines expand out into ever widening spaces. In some ways very Frank Loyd Wright. Not your typical cookie cutter condo development. Amen!
This was our second time building with Eastbrook Homes and we love our new standalone condo. Kurt Suidinski was helpful and responsive to our requests, Bill Karsten did an excellent framing job, and Chad Showers was great to work with and gave attention to details and handled the construction process like it was his own home.
