As an Eastbrook Homes homeowner, you’re more than just our customer. You’re an integral part of what keeps us growing toward our mission to create exceptional homes and thriving communities where people can live, grow, and belong. 

As part of our commitment to giving back to the community we’re building together, we’re excited to extend our Friends and Family Program exclusively to our homeowners. We’ve partnered with local land developers to offer a $1,000 gift to our customers who refer their friends and family. If your referral contracts with us to build an Eastbrook home – or purchase one already under construction – you’ll receive this gift as our way of saying, “thank you.”

Participating is easy: Just download and print this form, fill out your information, and pass the form along to your friend or family member. Make sure to tell them to present this at their first visit, so we know who to thank!
