The majority of our new homes are built on home sites within our master planned communities. However, we have built numerous homes on customer-owned sites outside of our neighborhoods. Each situation is unique and we evaluate every opportunity carefully to ensure that we are able to effectively meet your needs and expectations. Offsite opportunities are limited, so it is important to contact us as early in the process as possible.

As an offsite home construction customer you will have access to the same resources Eastbrook offers to buyers in all of our planned communities. You will be able to pick from the same floor plans and personalized options, meet with our design consultants in the Home Creation Studio, and receive the same commitment to service, value, and energy efficiency.
