The experience was great. Kurt and Chad were extremely prompt with communication and I was given great updates about where the house was. Chad treated me like a friend and offered advice and walked through everything, which made the whole process feel more genuine.
The Eastbrook building process was honestly a dream. I came in with mood boards and a clear vision, and the team brought it to life. Choosing from tiny swatches can be overwhelming but having the option to tour other homes and so many selections set up at the Home Creation Studio made it exciting instead of stressful.
We loved the online portal where you can see home plans change in real time based on your selections, and the Home Creation Studio was so much fun.
Eastbrook builds fast! Our home was completed ahead of schedule. Everyone we interacted with was kind and welcoming.
We had a very positive building experience with Eastbrook. Any time we had a question or concern, our construction manager (shoutout Terry!!) made time to meet/speak with us to reconcile the issue. We also received frequent updates whenever something new was happening with construction. We also were given fantastic alternate selections when we ran into inevitable supply chain issues. We were very impressed with the timely correspondence whenever a change had to be made.
