When Emma and Andrew were looking for a spacious home for their family to grow, they turned to Eastbrook. What features or spaces in your home best support your family’s lifestyle?

We love the open concept of our main floor so that our little one has more space to explore.

What is your decorating inspiration?

We love the modern farmhouse style, but we’ve just decorated as our family grows, incorporating items that tell the story of our family and things we love.

What do you love about your Eastbrook community?

We love the ability to walk the connected subdivisions. This community is also very family- friendly which is great.

What included features surprised you most? 

We were surprised how big the master bedroom and the main living area were for a townhome.

What are your favorite features in your home?

We love the general size of the home, the fireplace in the living room, and all the windows for light!

Are there any spaces or features in your home that you use more than you expected?

Not necessarily. We have a growing family, so the whole house gets used!

What made you choose Eastbrook Homes as your builder?

We thought the cost for the amount of space, quality of build, and community we’d be entering were great!

What was your building process/Eastbrook experience like?

Eastbrook builds fast! Our home was completed ahead of schedule. Everyone we interacted with was kind and welcoming.

What does “home” mean to you?

Where we get to raise our children, where they get to make many of their foundational memories.

Do you have any tips or tricks for new homeowners?

Sometimes it’s easier to include enhancements sooner rather than later. We chose not to do the Michigan sunroom and wish we had as that would be a difficult add on!
