When did you move into your home?

What home plan do you have? 

The Willow

How did you incorporate your family’s lifestyle into your home? 

We host a family Sunday lunch almost every week, so we made sure the plan allowed for the table to expand into the adjacent space.

What is your decorating inspiration? 

I have been an interior designer myself for more than 40 years. I like a traditional look, but have also incorporated transitional design into our new home. It was important to me that our home felt welcoming.

What do you love about your Eastbrook community? 

We enjoy meeting our new neighbors and walking in the neighborhood and around the ponds, which are nicely landscaped. Beauty is a key value for me, and I want my surroundings to be attractive.

What are your favorite features in your home? 

Our sunroom is a happy place and lifts my spirits. The large, open kitchen allows for more than one cook!

What was your building process /Eastbrook experience like? 

Overall, it was a manageable experience, thanks to the organized process Eastbrook has in place.

What does “home” mean to you? 

Home is a place to relax and feel welcomed. And a space that represents my personal style and values.

Do you have any tips or tricks for new homeowners? 

Use the resources available. Seek out help if you are overwhelmed or unsure how to incorporate your existing furnishings.
