Well thought out exteriors, including variety of designs, facades, colors, roof colors, wall and masonry mixture and wandering nature of the streets and street scapes. Well designed interiors with wide hall ways, excellent sight lines. Walking into the front door the sight lines expand out into ever widening spaces. In some ways very Frank Lloyd Wright. Not your typical cookie cutter condo development.”
