Reviews & Testimonials

“We are very pleased with our new Eastbrook Home and have recommended Eastbrook to several friends, and a few of them are actually building new homes with Eastbrook presently.”

“I’m a first time homebuyer, and I’ve never worked with a builder before. I’ve heard in the past that it can be a tedious or nightmarish process to build a home. Eastbrook Homes met the timeline and build quality expectations, and that by itself exceeded my expectations in regard to what I heard about other builders, not necessarily Eastbrook Homes.”

“The quality of the build, their timelines, and their design considerations make them the best builders in Grand Rapids hands down.”

“I really enjoyed working with Eastbrook. This was our first time building a house and are very pleased with the results. I would definitely build with them again. We really like the floorplan of our house. It’s very functional and inviting. They didn’t fall short of our expectations. Overall we are very satisfied with Eastbrook. Our agent, Trevor, was very helpful. He provided regular updates and was always very friendly.”

“Trevor was great and Terry was awesome! Quality is amazing!! Would definitely build again with Eastbrook. Value Received? 1000 times yes!”

“Working with Trevor and Terry is great, both very knowledgable and if they don’t know, they find out. They have a great customer-focused attitude, neither giving any hint of “not my job” in their responses, and I’m sure there were times when we asked something that just had to forward on to the person who was actually responsible. Very nice Home Creation Studio, I’m impressed with Eastbrook’s ability and willingness to work in minor changes that make a big difference to us.”
