Reviews & Testimonials

“I am very pleased with how the preconstruction, home building and post building have gone with no hiccups and full transparency.”

“We would definitely recommend Eastbrook to friends and family looking for a builder! The whole process was smooth for us during our first time building a new home. The entire staff was professional, helpful and resolved any issues quickly!”

“The whole process was easy to navigate, especially with us being out of state the entire time. The design studio actually shipped us some materials we were not sure of in our selection process, our pre drywall inspection was done online. Closing was online.”

“We were a bit hesitant as this was our 5th house build, but the first one that we did not contract ourselves. I must say that our experience was better than we had expected and we were completely satisfied with the results. I would gladly pass Maureen’s contact to anyone looking to build a home! We were impressed with how complete the design process was and Sarah’s willingness to work with us and answer questions. Alex was absolutely the best. The experience was first class all the way!”

“I have already recommended Eastbrook Homes to a couple of friends! I most liked the One floor living and open floor plan. The finished product is perfect. Rob is one top notch employee of yours who gives his all to everything that needed to be fixed or follow up on. Never gave up, always pleasant and very accommodating. Very valuable employee for sure!”

“Eastbrook is a great company. Workmanship is better than I’ve ever seen in other new homes. I will recommend this builder to friends.”
