Building a new home is an exciting time, but it often comes with a heavy time commitment. Realistically, not all homebuyers have the time to commit to multiple design meetings. At Eastbrook Homes, we want to ensure all our homebuyers can build the home of their dreams and achieve the look they love. That’s why we’re now giving folks the option to streamline the design process on select home plans. 

Introducing: The Collections. The Collections is a new design service that provides our customers with carefully curated palettes to choose from when designing their home. Each palette was meticulously assembled by experienced designers to help busy homebuyers save time, money and reduce decision fatigue, all while achieving their desired home aesthetic.

Benefits of The Collections

The Collections offer many benefits to our customers and provide a way for us to be more inclusive of a wider range of schedules and budgets. 

Save Time

While many of our customers love visiting our Home Creation Studio and working closely with our designers, we understand this option requires more of a time commitment that is not realistic for everyone. The Collections is a simple, 4-step process that eliminates multiple design meetings. 

Step 1

Meet with your Sales Agent at one of our gorgeous Eastbrook model homes to explore our palette options. During this meeting, you’ll be able to physically touch and explore real samples (or review photos) of flooring, tile, paint colors, cabinet finishes and more. You may also look through additional enhancements at varying price points to make sure our design matches your vision.

Step 2

Once you’ve chosen your perfect palette, it’s time to write the Purchase Agreement. This document includes your total home price, which lets you know your total home cost before your build process starts. This is a unique benefit of the Collections service and another way we save you time.

Step 3

Next, it’s time to put everything together! Our Architecture Team turns your selections into fully fleshed-out plans for our Construction Team to follow. They’ve got the details they need to build your home exactly how you planned. 

Step 4

The final review. Before we start actually building, you have another chance to check that our plans look right. Together with your Sales Agent and Construction Manager, you’ll use this meeting to dot the I’s and cross the T’s on your design. Then, it’s time to break ground!

Because the pricing in our Collections is straightforward, it’s easy to know the total price of your home before you start to build. This price will be included in your Purchase Agreement, easing any anxiety that the cost could fluctuate down the road.

The Collections Palettes

Our palettes have been curated by our design pros, who put their many years of experience into developing them. Each palette will include one of each: 

• Paint color
• Cabinetry finish
• Flooring
• Hardware
• Backsplash
• Countertop 

Each combination of finishes has been carefully selected to achieve a specified design aesthetic when put together. Whether your style leans Farmhouse, Mid-Century Modern, or somewhere in-between, it’s easy to find your perfect match in The Collections. 

Can’t find exactly everything you’re dreaming of? You will still have the option to add additional Enhancements and Options to further personalize your look. So go ahead and upgrade that shower or fireplace!
