Tom Hillen with EightWest sat down with Eastbrook homeowner Jessican Schueler to learn more about her decision to build with Eastbrook Homes and her overall experience with the process. Like many, Jessica’s journey started online.

“I actually loved their website; I feel like it was super user-friendly. We looked through all the pictures in their feature gallery. We toured the homes – they have 3D-toured homes on there. And then we actually met with the listing agent here in Walnut Ridge, toured the model, and loved it,” Jessica says. 

This was not Jessica’s first time building with Eastbrook. “We loved our neighborhood. We loved our previous home,” she says. Jessica decided to build with Eastbrook again, already knowing the craftsmanship and level of customer service she would receive. 

“We really loved our whole building process with Eastbrook Homes, from start to finish,” Jessica tells EightWest. “The communication was phenomenal the entire time. We were able to get weekly updates – video updates as well as text messages with pictures. They allowed us to check in on our house as we were building, which was fun to see the process.”

The amount of personalization Jessica was able to put into her home added yet another reason to choose Eastbrook again. She says she appreciated that there were so many options, but that they were never presented in an overwhelming way. 

“We had a wonderful experience in the design studio with our designer,” Jessica says. “We lived in an Eastbrook House. We moved to an Eastbrook house. We clearly love Eastbrook houses.”
