“It’s really the people that make the experience the best,” said Amanda Hunt. “This was the first time we had ever built, so we were nervous going in, but Eastbrook Homes really was the way to go.”

The level of control they had over their design during the Eastbrook building process allowed the Hunts to cater their home to their needs as a family. By working with the talented Eastbrook design team, the couple was able to imbue their home with their unique personality and create a space they could feel comfortable in for years to come.

“The great thing about Eastbrook is we allow a lot of personalization,” said Pit. “We have our base plan, and we give [homeowners] the option to make it exactly the home they feel comfortable in and want to be in, hopefully for the rest of their life.”

Echoing the sentiments of his wife, Lou Hunt emphasized both the joys of living in Trillium Ridge and the peace of mind that came from the couple’s partnership with Eastbrook Homes.

“It is beautiful here. We have really great amenities,” said Lindsay Smith, an Eastbrook Homes Sales Agent during an eightWest interview. “We have a golf course, which is private, we have a pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and we also have a poolside cafe.”

Derek Zuverink, a Macatawa Legends resident, has called the community home for seven years. To him, the wide array of amenities is only part of the neighborhood’s appeal. He also enjoys the tight-knit community of homeowners and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere they create together.

Moving from a townhome into a courtyard home in the community’s new clubside phase, he’s been able to work with the Eastbrook design team to personalize his new home down to the last detail.

“I was excited that I had the chance to make all of the decisions for my finishes and customizations with my home,” said Zuverink.
