Launching Our 2024 Sip and See Series

Sometimes seeing really is believing. That’s why Eastbrook Homes is excited to announce the launch of our second annual Sip and See series, offering you a first-hand look at what it’s like to build new with Eastbrook Homes! Join us for a night of refreshments and design inspiration as you sample the Eastbrook home-building experience at our Home Creation Studio, located in Grand Rapids. Eastbrook’s Home Creation Studio

The Eastbrook Home Creation Studio is the one-stop-shop for our homeowners looking to personalize every element of their home design to fit their unique wants and needs. From flooring to cabinets, plumbing fixtures, lighting, siding, and more,  the 4,000-square-foot studio, located in our Grand Rapids central office, offers homeowners the chance to touch and see every design detail in person before deciding on it for their dream home!

All the decisions that go into the home-building process can feel overwhelming. That’s why the expert team of Eastbrook designers is always on-site, ready to help you take your design vision and turn it into your dream home reality. Event Details

The 2024 Studio Sip and See series gives everyone a chance to get a glimpse behind the home-building curtain while also enjoying an evening out, complete with refreshments. Enjoy a beverage of your choice, sample the delicious hors d’oeuvres, and take a stroll to discover the Eastbrook Home Creation Studio at your own pace. Eastbrook team members will be available to answer any questions, guide you through the studio, and schedule an informational meeting if you decide you’re ready to start your own home-building journey. All attendees will receive a goodie bag with information about Eastbrook Homes and a small gift as a token of appreciation for your attendance.   

When you sign up and attend any of our Sip and See events, you will gain access to a $1,000 Home Creation Studio credit that will be activated once you build or buy an Eastbrook Home! Please note that this incentive does not apply to contracts signed prior to event attendance.

All events are open-house style, but you must reserve your spot via an RSVP.

There are 30 tickets available for each event.
