About the Sales Agent

Jennifer Seguin has been selling Real Estate in the greater-Lansing area for more than 20 years after getting her license in 1996. She has been actively involved in new-home construction for this entire time period, she has been an Associate Broker for 11 years, and has been selling with Eastbrook Homes since 2008.

After moving from New Jersey where she grew up, Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University. Upon finishing college, Jennifer and her husband of 24 years, chose to settle in DeWitt, MI. The area was perfect for raising two daughters, who are now both attending Michigan State University.

Jennifer passionately enjoys selling real estate; helping families plan and design their dream homes, she finds this role and all aspects satisfying and rewarding. Jennifer prides herself on being a knowledgeable professional, yet a very laid-back and genuine person to be around. Jennifer loves getting to know her clients, and becoming a trusted member of the team and community.
