When did you move into your home?

We moved into our home in April of 2021.

What home plan do you have?

We chose the Stockton plan, elevation B with an extended third stall garage.

What is your decorating inspiration?

Our decorating style is neutral, comfortable, and classic. I love finding inspiration from others on Instagram, or places like Pottery Barn, Pure Salt Interiors, and McGee & Co.

What are your favorite features in your home?

We are so glad we went with 9ft ceilings! The larger windows bring in a lot of natural light. We also decided to upgrade to the designer kitchen. The pot and pan drawers are great!

What was your building process / Eastbrook experience like?

Our experience with Eastbrook was fantastic! We worked closely with our realtor, Martha, from day one. She was transparent and went above and beyond to help with all of our questions. A lot of the construction took place during the pandemic. We had a few small delays with materials, but the team was great when it came to keeping us updated!  

What do you love about your community?

We love our neighbors. Everyone has been so friendly! Lincoln Pines is also very family oriented, which we love!

Do you have any tips or tricks for new homeowners?

Building is a process. This was our first home, so we had LOTS of questions. Don’t be afraid to ask! We also recommend doing your research. Going into the Home Creation Studio, it was helpful to have a solid idea of exactly what we wanted! There are so many upgrades available, but we tried to prioritize functionality!

What does “home” mean to you?

Home is a place of comfort. It’s a space to make memories and share with family and friends.
