Kids’ Food Basket – Brown Bag Decorating Month
October, 2024
Kids’ Food Basket is a nonprofit whose mission is to realize a hunger-free West Michigan by breaking down barriers that cause food insecurity. They do this through their flagship Sack Supper program, sustainable farming, community food distribution and educational programming.
Let the impacted children of West Michigan know that the community cares and is here for them. Throughout the month of October, decorate a brown lunch bag for the Sack Supper program, and deliver it to one of the locations listed on their website. Kids’ Food Basket will fill your heartfelt decorated bag with ready-to-eat evening meals and deliver them to schools or distribution sites, feeding a child in need of a nutritious meal.
