As we say goodbye to 2023 and look ahead to what’s next, we are thrilled to unveil Eastbrook’s 2024 vision for our homeowners, a year marked by expansion, innovation, and the pursuit of your perfect home.

With the launch of new communities, new phases for existing communities, and several brand-new home designs, there’s something for aspiring and current homeowners to look forward to this year. New Communities & Phases in 2024

You heard it here first: New home sites are coming to a community near you in 2024! We are excited to introduce our preliminary list of new communities and phases that will launch this year, with more in the works that may be announced later in the year. Each community and phase launch below represents a variety of unique home sites, price points, and locations for you to choose from.

Emerald Springs – Located in Allendale, MI – Featuring Single Family Homes

Eastbrook Homes is excited to return to Allendale with the launch of Emerald Springs, a single-family community that features home sites situated around a beautiful water feature. When you choose to build here, you can pick between home plans in the Americana and Hometown series, where you’ll find a range of square footage, home features, and options you can choose to add.  

This hidden gem is located between 60th Ave and 64th Ave, right off of Lake Michigan Drive, just 3 minutes away from the Allendale Public Schools. Additionally, this community is close to Allendale Community Park, Grand Ravines North County Park, GVSU, and the many restaurants off of Lake Michigan Drive, such as Allendale favorites Main Street Pub and Peppino’s Pizzeria and Sports Grille. Kingfisher Estates – Located in Spring Lake, MI – Featuring Single Family Homes

We are excited to announce a new Spring Lake community that will be developed as part of our 2024 vision: Kingfisher Estates. As the name suggests, this community offers you executive-style home sites that can fit our larger home plans, giving you the space you desire. 

In addition to premium home sites, Kingfisher Estates also features a cul-de-sac, a proposed gated entry, and beautiful wetlands and bayous nearby. Your home will be close to the quaint downtown of Spring Lake (9-minute drive), Spring Lake High School (5-minute drive), and the stunning beaches of Grand Haven (15-minute drive).

New Phases in West Michigan: 

• Harvest Meadows Phase 4 – Single Family Homes: This is the final phase at this highly desired Lowell community where you’ll have access to a nature trail, large home sites, and more! 
• Lowing Woods Phase 14 – Single Family Homes: Fall in love with a home site in Jenison’s premier community where you gain access to a clubhouse, pool, playground, and more. 
• NOW LAUNCHED – Macatawa Legends Clubside Phase – Courtyard Homes, Townhomes, Condos: Macatawa Legends is proud to introduce its newest phase, featuring home plans and home types that have not been built before in this community! 

New Home Plans in 2024

Fresh from our talented Architecture Department, these home plans are sure to capture your attention in the new year. These home plans are not quite ready for their debut, but you can get a sneak peek of each one by reading more below. 

The Haven – New Attached Ranch Condominium (Inspired by our Cass home plan!)

The Haven condominium combines ease of living with a functional design that makes the home feel personalized to you. Upon entry, you’ll encounter a convenient powder room and coat closet, which is perfect for guests and visitors. Moving into the home, you’ll fall in love with the open kitchen, family room, and dining area. Off of the family room, you can access your private wood deck, great for lounging or BBQs. You can also access your owner’s suite from the family room, which is complete with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. 

The lower level of the Haven can be finished to include a recreation room, bedroom, and a bathroom. Stay tuned for the release of the Haven home plan, coming in 2024!

The Marigold – New Townhome (Inspired by our Violet home plan!)

The Marigold is a new Townhome that will be featured in the new Clubside Phase at Macatawa Legends. This home plan is largely based around the Violet home plan – the main difference being that the Marigold is an attached townhome. The layout of this home plan is still being finalized, but we are excited for The Marigold to make its entrance in the coming year! 

The Amber – New Single-Family Home (Inspired by our Ivy home plan!)

The Amber home plan will be a new addition to our Hometown series. We are excited to feature a new and improved version of the Ivy home plan, which will offer an efficient layout featuring two stories and an option to finish the basement. Some other enhancements that this plan features are a cathedral ceiling over the kitchen, dining room, and family room, a larger bathroom in the owner’s suite, a deeper garage, and more! New Model Homes in 2024

We are looking forward to launching new model homes as part of our 2024 vision. Our model homes are truly a place for you to come and gain a sense of Eastbrook’s construction quality, design expertise, and home features. Many of our homeowners began their new home journey at one of our model homes, and we’re excited to offer even more locations in the new year to spur on people’s home design dreams.
