I really enjoyed working with Eastbrook. This was our first time building a house and are very pleased with the results. I would definitely build with them again. Our agent, Trevor, was very helpful. He provided regular updates and was always very friendly.
Working with Trevor and Terry is great, both very knowledgable and if they don't know, they find out. They have a great customer-focused attitude, neither giving any hint of "not my job" in their responses, and I'm sure there were times when we asked something that just had to forward on to the person who was actually responsible.
Favorite Eastbrook Home Plan and why? The Mayfair, I love the curb appeal of the E elevation. The two story great room, and conveniently located main floor master.

I am a third generation Garbow, to enter the real estate business. For the past 60 years my family has developed a reputation of real estate excellence in the Caledonia/Middleville area. I am a graduate of Olivet College, where I obtained a degree in business administration specializing in management. I played varsity football while attending Olivet and was fortunate to be a member of the 2015 MIAA conference championship team. I am growing in my real estate career and have incorporated my academic training along with the skills and work ethic that I have learned by participating in athletics along with the knowledge of the business that has been passed down to me by my family members.
