Carin Whybrew is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Professionals, Okemos. Carin grew up in a family that developed and sold real estate, making a career in this field an obvious choice. With a 32-year background in real estate, Carin’s position, “Marketing Real Estate One Relationship at a Time,” has remained steadfast throughout the years. Along with her experience, passion, trustworthiness, and honesty, she has become one of the top real estate agents in Greater Lansing. Carin has an extensive background in new construction and condominium sales, an Associate’s Degree in Social Service from Ferris State University, a Certified Global Luxury designation, and is a speaker through Coldwell Banker corporate webinars. Carin and her team members, TJ George & Wesley Whybrew, were ranked 2nd in team sales in the Greater Lansing Area Association of Realtors in 2024. Carin has been married for 44 years, has two sons, loves HGTV, The Food Network, reality television, yoga, gardening, and fashion, and is an avid supporter and rescuer of pit bull doggies.

Favorite Eastbrook Home Plan and why? The Willow 2 – I love the flexibility of the front office, as I like to work up front to see people coming and going. That it can also be a 2nd bedroom on the main level if visitors couldn’t do stairs and the Michigan room – because well, I love everything that has to do with Michigan.
Favorite Paint Color? 0621 Nuance (Powder Blue) I had a white sweater my grandmother got me when I was young from a boutique and she had my monogram put on it in powder blue (still have it).
Favorite Local Hot Spot? Red Haven, which is just a few minutes from College Fields in Okemos. They have a French-press coffee and a wine I love!
Favorite Late Night Snack? A frothy Cappuccino – Coffee anytime.
Family Pets (Type/Breed/Name)? Red Nose American Pit Bull Terrier – name is – Gaia Joanne Girl – she has a white house on her back for real; and my grand dog – a Healer Hound Mix – name is – Archie.
