“Lake Bella Vista is right around the corner, Silver Lake’s right next door,” explained Jeff, “Bostwick Lake, which is a great restaurant by the way, Bostwick Lake Inn is right down the street!”

With this darling community only 10 minutes from downtown Rockford, and 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, it’s no wonder these homes are going fast. 

“What we have left is just the 12 townhouses,” Jeff said. “So, like I mentioned, a couple of them are done. We’ll have four more finished in September, and then the six will probably be done between the end of this year and the first part of 2025. All townhouses.”

Walnut Ridge

There’s an exciting new expansion on the horizon at our Eastbrook community Walnut Ridge, located right on the corner of 84th Street and Burlingame Ave. This highly anticipated new phase of 19 walkout and tree-lined lots will offer a variety of living styles from single-family homes to townhomes and even courtyard homes. We’re pleased to provide many more families access to the bustling Byron Center, Byron Center High School, and so much more. 

“Right across the street from Byron Center High School,” Trevor described. “A mile down the road is downtown Byron Center. We’ve got ice cream shops and restaurants, and everything like that.”

The Harrisons talked about their experience living here at Walnut Ridge. “I’m finally driving around a little bit here in Byron Center and Grand Rapids itself, too. There’s just a lot,” said Todd.
