The Return of Taste and Tour for 2018!

In 2017, Eastbrook Homes decided to celebrate our 50th year in business with an event, but we wanted to do something that would include our current homeowners and future Eastbrook Family members. And, we wanted to do something more meaningful that would give back to the communities in our own backyard.

The result was the Eastbrook Homes free Taste and Tour event. In West Michigan and the Greater Lansing area, current homeowners and prospective buyers alike are invited join us for food and drink samples from area vendors; everyone is also welcome to give back to the local communities by supporting some of the incredible non-profit organizations.

This year’s Taste and Tour event will take place from October 11th to the 14th at fifteen locations throughout Greater Lansing and West Michigan. Along with refreshments and the chance to meet and mingle with other Eastbrook family members, the Taste and Tour event will present new floor plans, new phases, and information about each of the featured non-profit organizations.

Taste and Tour participants will receive an Eastbrook Passport listing the non-profit organization that is associated with each one of the Taste and Tour locations. Visitors can support these non-profits with a donation of their own, and, Eastbrook Homes will match those donations – up to $10,000 per organization.

At each Taste and Tour location, guests will have their Passport “stamped” to show their participation. By returning the Eastbrook Passport once the event has ended, each visitor will be automatically entered into a drawing for one of two Visa gift cards valued at $300 and $500. The more locations our participants visit, the more opportunities they will have to win.

The free Taste and Tour event also provides our Eastbrook Homes team members with the opportunity to give back. After last year’s Taste and Tour, many of the staff members said the event made them feel more closely linked to the communities where they live and work, and to Eastbrook Homes’ dedication to charity as an organization.

With the success of the 2017’s inaugural experience, Eastbrook Homes has decided to make Taste and Tour into an annual event. Last year’s event raised $106,712 and we hope to exceed that number this year.
