Another wonderful year is slowly marching by, with snow on the ground again to make it truly feel like winter here in West Michigan. With the holiday season upon us once more, many of us here at Eastbrook Homes find ourselves discussing the things we are thankful for.
Growth – That’s a broad term for us as it covers several important parts of our day to day operations. We’re grateful for the housing market growth which allows us to help people find new homes when they move because of their jobs, or families, or just because it’s time for a change.
We’re also grateful for the growth we’ve seen in places like Grand Rapids and Lansing, MI which continue to provide new jobs, new communities, new schools, and new friends.
Available Homes – That may seem like a strange thing to be grateful for, but without the number of available homes here in West Michigan, we would not have met so many of the people we’ve come to call friends. We are privileged to offer those seeking a move-in-ready house, a quality place to call home.
We have loved helping such a varied group of people find new homes from returning service people, retired teachers, first responders moving to new jobs, new families looking to take advantage of fresh opportunities in new places, and people who want to find a home in a place for of promise.
Eastbrook Partners – Our 2018 Taste and Tour event was the perfect example of why we are so thankful for our Eastbrook Homes family of partners. Our partners include financial professionals who focus on helping our new homeowners build the new home they want, the building trades professionals who create the houses from the ground up, and so many more.
During Taste and Tour, our family of partners came together to provide our potential customers with a fun and informative event that highlighted our expanding opportunities and community resources.
But, more importantly, they also helped us generate a huge donation to an incredible group of people and charities who selflessly focus on helping the people in need in our Michigan communities. Groups that fix homes, feed children, and help keep our local community warm, dry, and fed.
Communities – Our Eastbrook Communities are the core of our working model, providing the foundation upon which all our other parts and pieces are built. We put a lot of time and effort into choosing locations and then creating a place that reflects the lifestyle the area is best suited for.
Our Eastbrook Communities are built to make the best use of the land while removing as little of the natural trees as possible. We then do our best to create a place that generates neighborhood relationships and lasting friendships in an environment our Eastbrook Family members can be proud to call home.
Our Eastbrook Family of Homeowners – Most of all, we want to thank the incredible family of wonderful people we call our Eastbrook family. Grand Rapids, Greater Lansing, and Auburn Alabama are thriving regions of the country and that means we’ve had the incredible opportunity to meet so many of the new people moving to our area.
Grand Rapids is still at the top of the list of fastest growing markets in the United States and that means we have the privilege of working with so many of the new people coming into the area.
This Thanksgiving, we hope you enjoy the time you spend with family and friends, reflecting on all the things you’re thankful for. We are thankful for a lot of things at Eastbrook Homes, but the most important one of all is you.
