She welcomes us into her home and shares details about her building process, design choices, and advice for those considering their own Eastbrook dream home. 

When did you move into your new home? 

We moved in about 2 months ago! In August. 

What home plan did you choose? 

The Fitzgerald 

What was your favorite part of the building journey? 

Probably picking out all of our selections in the design studio, and then seeing them come to life before we moved in! 

How would you describe your design aesthetic? 

Transitional. I like several vibes including farmhouse, coastal and traditional. 

What are your favorite fall/Halloween traditions?

For the last several years we have been doing boo bags for our friends around our community. We wait until it’s dark, then usually drop off 6 to 9 bags filled with Halloween goodies at the front door! Hadley loves filling the bags and surprising her friends! 

What is your favorite way to get your home ready for fall? 

Definitely decorating the porch with pumpkins and mums. I love to add in skeletons and spooky decor as well! 

What advice do you have for people who are considering a new home build?

Do it!! It’s so much fun seeing the end product and you’ll wish you did it sooner! Eastbrook made it seem not so overwhelming and we loved that!
