When did you move into your home? 

May 30th, 2024

What home plan do you have? 

Rutherford

How did you incorporate your lifestyle into your home? 

We closed off the 2nd floor living room to create a second master bedroom upstairs for my parents.

What is your decorating inspiration? 

We went for a modern Turkish style look to complement our culture.

What do you love about your Eastbrook community? 

The service is great. All of my questions were answered quickly, expectations were set appropriately, and I like the check-ins that happen after I moved in.

What are your favorite features in your home? 

Soft close cabinets, master shower, large spacious living room. 10 foot ceilings on the first floor was the best decision we made. 

What does “home” mean to you? 

Family and comfort.

Do you have any tips or tricks for new homeowners? 

Get 10 foot ceilings on the first floor. Finish the basement. Make sure to maintain symmetry when making structural changes. 

Any other thoughts you would like to add? 

Overall, I am very happy with the way the home turned out. There’s a lot of attention to detail, it definitely feels like the builders are proud of their craft.
