What home plan do you have? 

Maxwell

How did you incorporate your lifestyle into your home? 

We made several changes to the base floor plan to incorporate our family’s lifestyle. We made our house wider to give us more room in the living room for gatherings and added a coffee station in our kitchen. We have a large open basement for our son and 2 corgis to be able to run around and play. We also made our master bathroom larger with large windows to enjoy the wooded view our lot has to offer. 

What is your decorating inspiration? 

Modern Farmhouse 

What do you love about your Eastbrook community? 

We love the large, wooded lots and that it’s a gated neighborhood. We also love our kind and generous neighbors.

What are your favorite features in your home? 

So many! We love our master bathroom with a large shower with dual heads and the heated tile floors we added. 

What was your building process /Eastbrook experience like?

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Starting from our realtor team, Bruce and Natalie, helping us through the beginning stages, then to our design team Amanda and Cassidy that really helped our vision come to life and our construction Manager Caden, who kept us informed throughout the build process and answered any questions we had. This is our second time building a new home and it was a great experience all around.
