EightWest also interviewed new homeowners Derek and Rachel Baird about their experience designing and building their new Eastbrook home.

In the video, the Bairds share how Eastbrook Home’s design process was streamlined, with a step-by-step approach in the Eastbrook Home Creation Studio, where they were able to select their favorite options, features, fixtures, and finishes.

The Bairds also loved that they were able to select all of their options at the beginning of the build process, or “one and done,” as Rachel says, instead of needing to make choices throughout the construction cycle. EightWest also featured one of West Michigan’s most desirable communities, Macatawa Legends, and their new phase – The Villas.
