It has been said that friends are the family you get to choose. At Eastbrook Homes, we take it a step further by believing that the community where you live becomes an extension of your family, and that’s why it is so important to us to build ours in amazing locations. When surrounded by friends and family in bustling towns, our homeowners live their very best lives. That’s been the case, especially for Todd and Jennifer, who are now engaged!

Let’s take a look at what the holidays mean for these soon-to-be newlyweds!

When did you move into your Eastbrook Home? 

We closed in August 2024, and we moved in Sept. 2024.

How friendly everyone has been

How do you celebrate the holidays in your home? 

We celebrate with not only family, but friends that have become family! 

What is your holiday decoration inspiration? 

Childhood, comfy, cozy and inviting. 

Are you hosting any holiday parties in your home? If so, what does that look like for you? 

Family & friends. All are welcome. No one should be alone during the holidays. We have and will always have an open door to those who need or want a place to go. 

What does “home for the holidays” mean to you? 

Spending time with loved ones! Be it family and/or friends that are like family! 

Are you planning on participating in any holiday event or activity in the greater community you’re now in? If so, which ones? 

We are still learning about the area and will be attending some hockey games and holiday light shows. 

Any other memories or things that stand out to you about your Eastbrook Journey that you would like to share? 

We truly have had a wonderful experience with our build from beginning to end and beyond. From Trevor, to Ben and now Ron for warranty work. All have been exceptional to deal with, and we are forever grateful for how easy and seamless they have made this experience for us. So much so that we are now engaged since moving into our home in August. It happened on 11/2/2024 in Traverse City at Old Mission Lighthouse.

At Eastbrook Homes, we’re proud to build houses, but it’s the love and memories created within them that truly make them homes. Congratulations to Todd and Jennifer on this exciting chapter! We’re honored to have been part of your story!
