Julie wanted to move closer to Lake Michigan, so the Halls began searching for their perfect home when they discovered Eastbrook’s community. Although it wasn’t part of their original plans, the Halls wondered if building might be a better choice than buying an existing home – especially in the current housing market.

Located near the Lakeshore with easy access to US-31 and other main roadways, Lincoln Pines provided easy access to many nearby attractions such as the 80-acre Hofman Park, miles of walking trails, and the Grand Haven Golf Club.

Plan A Dream Home With Eastbrook

For Bill and Julie, building with Eastbrook was an unexpected, and pleasant, surprise. The Halls met with the Eastbrook team at their Grand Rapids office and began planning for their dream home.

Building The Right Choice

Although they have only been in their new home for a short time, the Halls know they made the right choice by building a brand-new Eastbrook home. The couple also feels like they’ve been living in their new Eastbrook home for far longer.  Julie and Bill walk in their front door and know they are home.
