At Eastbrook Homes, our number one goal is to provide more home for the money to our homeowners in West Michigan, the Greater Lansing Area, and Auburn, AL.

This includes more than just more living space, a larger homesite, or extra room in the garage, we also want to ensure that the process is smooth, fun, and designed with you in mind. To hit that target, the Eastbrook team has created a process that streamlines both the customer experience and the path our team members will take to meet our homeowner’s expectations. This allows us to provide professional, quality results while keeping our eye on the ball instead of focusing on the finish line.

The Eastbrook Homes process also provides our new homeowners with the tools and information they need to build a home that fits their unique lifestyle. The Eastbrook Website provides a multitude of resources to help learn about the available options for their home. Our Feature Gallery helps new owners prepare for important milestones such as the Structural Redline Meeting with their Sales Agent, where personal touches and adjustments to the base home plans are discussed.

As things progress, our clients will visit our Eastbrook Home Creation Studio, where new homeowners can choose the colors, textures, and options that best suit their lifestyle, and their dreams. Other tools, such as our growing Eastbrook University, provide answers to common questions and help our clients know what to ask along the way.

Our building process helps our clients be better prepared for every step. The Eastbrook Process begins with our client’s location selection and ends with the New Home Celebration, where the new owners receive the keys to their finished home. Along the way, their journey is guided by our sales agents, construction managers, interior designers, and other team members who each contribute their knowledge and skills to building their new home.
