EBH: How long have you lived in Tannery Bay?
Don and Kim: We’ve been here since October, so 6 months now.
EBH: What are some of your favorite features of the Harbor Springs floor plan?
Don and Kim: We love our wrap-around deck, and the abundance of windows. The upstairs deck is amazing.
EBH: Do you have any other favorite features?
Don and Kim: We wanted a fireplace so the stone fireplace in the living room is perfect for us.
EBH: What is it like living in Tannery Bay?
We love the sense of community. Eastbrook Homes included so many features in Tannery Bay that bring people together, like the two stone fireplaces outside near the beach, or the bocce ball court.
EBH: What was it like working with Eastbrook Homes
Don and Kim: We thought everyone on the staff did a wonderful job. We felt like the whole thing was so easy, it was purely enjoyable.
