Sales Team

The first Eastbrook expert you’ll likely meet is an Eastbrook Sales Agent. The sales agent is here to help you find your ideal community, home site, and home plan. Whether you’re looking in Rockford, Byron Center, Holland, Lansing, or beyond, we have a local agent ready to guide and direct you. Once you decide where and what you want to build, your sales agent will be right by your side throughout your building journey.

Design Team

After your contract has been signed, sealed, and delivered, it’s time to schedule appointments with your designated designers in our Home Creation Studio! This is an exciting time in the process as the Home Creation Studio is where the design magic happens. Your designer will walk through each area of your home and help you make informed decisions around options like lighting, cabinet style, flooring, siding, and more. As you go through the studio, you can touch and feel many of the options, so you can be confident in your choices. Your designer will ensure that your unique style is showcased in your home, and that your choices stay within your budget. 

Depending on your Selection Service level, you may also work with a Structural Designer. This team member will walk through any structural changes you’re considering making to your home plan, such as adding a Michigan room, finishing a basement, or bumping out an owner suite. All of our designers put you at the center of the design experience, providing just the right amount of support as you move through our process.

Construction Team

When it’s time to break ground on your new home, you will meet your Construction Manager to talk through what this building process looks like, your estimated completion dates, and more. As your home takes shape, your Construction Manager will help keep you updated about the progress and upcoming developments. The best part of this building stage? You can visit your home site and see the progress in person!
