Eastbrook Homes celebrates 50 years!

“50 years is a pretty significant benchmark,” opined Mick McGraw, President and CEO of West Michigan-based Eastbrook Homes.

Started on February 14, 1967, the company has grown over the ensuing decades to become a premiere homebuilder with 50+ communities and counting throughout Kent, Ottawa, and Muskegon counties, as well as Lansing, Michigan.

Eastbrook Homes is recognized as a leader in residential development and building in Western and Central Michigan.

The company has developed some of the areas most unique communities, such as Bailey’s Grove, Carlisle Crossing, Clements Mill, Macatawa Legends, and Tannery Bay on White Lake in Whitehall.

McGraw helps put the company’s 50 years of success into perspective. “Since building our first home in Kentwood we have been fortunate to be able to add many others to the Eastbrook Customer family.  In fact, Eastbrook has built over 6500+ new homes since 1967.”

Headquartered on East Paris Avenue SE, today the company has over 70 on its team, all focused on developing and building with the end in mind, and building each home as if it were their own.
