Celebrating Building Communities for 56 Years
Roll out a carpet of red roses, boxes of heart-shaped sweets, and confetti-colored teddy bears – it’s Eastbrook Homes’ 56th anniversary! We’re delighted to share our anniversary with the most endearing and beloved holiday of the year. Like Valentine’s Day, Eastbrook’s 56th anniversary gives us a chance to reflect on the communities we’ve built, connections we’ve made, and families we serve throughout West Michigan and the Greater Lansing Area. Our devotion to carving out welcoming, safe places to call home inspires us to continue our mission of building communities for generations to come.
Eastbrook’s Long History of Building Communities
For over five decades, families have returned to Eastbrook Homes time and time again to build homes for their ever-evolving needs and individual lifestyles. We’ve proudly served over 10k families since 1967, with some families building with us more than 5 times in 10 years! Our communities of families range from born-and-raised Michiganders to new West Michigan residents to Eastbrook Homes employees themselves. At Eastbrook, we understand a home is a personal space, one you never forget, and we remain dedicated to building communities and homes that capture the unique vision, dreams, and needs of each family we meet.
Eastbrook CEO Mick McGraw recently sat down with MLive’s Eric Hultgren to reflect on the growth Eastbrook’s undergone over the last 56 years and the privilege we feel building communities, homes, and memories for West Michigan and Greater Lansing Area families. Check out the full video below to learn about Mick’s history with Eastbrook and his vision for 2023.
Building Communities by Giving Back and Thinking Ahead
A home is only as good as the place it’s built within, and that’s why Eastbrook Homes intentionally prioritizes community support and giving back efforts. We invest in local nonprofits so our homeowners gain access to thriving, robust communities that serve beyond a home’s four walls. From education and family services to food and housing security, Eastbrook engages with West Michigan and Greater Lansing Area nonprofit partners to ensure we’re building communities that have the strength and support they need for years to come.
Eastbrook’s unique property planning priorities also set our families and communities up for multi-generational success. Each community phase is intricately planned with longevity in mind, from landscaping and sightline development to sidewalk access and long-term arboriculture. We intentionally design our communities with stunning visuals and welcoming vistas so when our families arrive home, they can instantly release a sigh of relief and relaxation. Building with the future in mind helps us accomplish the important task of creating a sense of home from the ground-breaking phase until decades in the future.
At Eastbrook Homes, we don’t just build houses, we build communities. Our experience-proven building process allows us to streamline the homebuilding experience so our families can focus on finding their ideal community, selecting the perfect home plan, and discovering their home design style.
