The Power of Community
The Power of Community
At Eastbrook Homes, we have proudly created unique communities in desirable locations, specifically designed with you mind. Located across West Michigan and the Greater Lansing area, our communities offer a distinctive lifestyle to homeowners, with varying amenities, home types, investment ranges, features, and more.
Designed with Value in Mind
When you build a home in one our Eastbrook communities, you also gain the most value for your money. Instead of having to purchase your own land and get it evaluated for soil, excavation, septic, and more, you gain the streamlined ease of choosing an already-prepared home site within a community. From time to time, we are asked to build homes on sites outside of our communities, which we refer to as “off-sites”. While this is possible, we do recommend that people consider choosing a home site in an established community.
Intentional Planning
From the very beginning, we recognized that our communities offer another layer of value for our homeowners. Eastbrook’s VP of Signature Land Development, Michael McGraw, even called our communities “just as important as the homes themselves.”
We spend time planning our communities for several years to ensure that the right questions are asked, and problems resolved before they become real challenges. Because our approach includes both the home building and community design, we can think through the possibilities and potential issues before we begin construction. As Mick McGraw often says, we begin designing our communities “with the end in mind”.
Building a home in one of our communities eliminates much of the uncertainty homebuyers can face today. We will have already included well, septic, and excavation costs, for example, so that these are figured into the final price of the home. If we discover a problem, we absorb the difference.
Buying a home in an Eastbrook community also includes other advantages. Special attention is paid to street design, relational home placement, and corner lots. Architectural styles will create continuity throughout a neighborhood while still allowing your home to be unique, and include your personal touch.
