Kail grew up in the Caledonia community and has spent his whole life in the local area. He attended Aquinas College and graduated with a dual major in Business and Sports Management, and a minor in Communications, all while playing 4 years of basketball. Since college, he has spent his working career in various sectors of the real estate world. Starting right out of college, he was an insurance agent, then a mortgage loan officer, and is now a licensed sales agent with Eastbrook Homes. This experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of the home sale process. Kail is passionate about finding people their dream home at a budget that fits their lifestyle and needs and looks forward to working with you!
