Vendor Highlight: LP Building Products

At Eastbrook Homes, our goal is always to give our homeowners more home for the money. Whether your new construction project is in West Michigan, or Lansing, or Auburn, Alabama, we want to build long-lasting relationships with our new homeowners and to ensure they love their new home.

To provide quality and value to our clients we also strive to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the vendors that help us reach our goals. Whether it’s siding or carpet, cabinets or trim, we select our building materials based on the value those vendors can pass onto our homeowners.

One of the vendors that help us create more home for the money is LP® Building Products.

Many of the engineered wood products used in our new homes come from our partnership with LP. Their company creates engineered wood siding, trim, and other materials built to withstand weather,Vendor Highlight: LP Building Products | Eastbrook Homes moisture, and insect damage for decades. LP® Building Products are strong, impact resistant, and also environmentally responsible.

Our new Eastbrook Homes are finished off with beautiful LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding. They test their products in some of the harshest environments in the world to ensure the quality of their manufactured wood. LP®‘s trim products give our homeowners a better-finished appearance with fewer seams and cleaner cuts. LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding also provides better paint adhesion for a longer lasting finish and resists damage from impact.

LP® Building Products are also naturally treated to withstand fungal decay and termites. Their process infuses the wood fibers with wax to prevent damage from moisture. Tested in harsh, jungle conditions, their products provide durability and long-lasting appeal.

LP® Building Products are an environmentally responsible choice. LP® invests in reforestation and assists landowners in the management of the land and wood supply to make sure wildlife and water quality are protected. Their manufacturing facilities are also managed to minimize waste and to promote air and water quality and conservation.

LP® Building Products is one of the many vendors we choose to work with because they add value to our clients. We choose products from LP® because they allow us to provide the best options to our homeowners based on our company’s goals.
