For your final touch, let’s review exterior options. Your home’s exterior is its first impression, so choosing the right siding, stone, roof shingles, decking, and garage doors is important. Luckily, your designer can help give you that amazing “curbside appeal” while making sure your home looks inviting.
Many buyers love to start by choosing their front door option, as it offers a taste of your home style. Your home’s included door is a raised six panel painted fiberglass door. However, just like with other features in your home you have a wide range of alternatives to choose from.
From there let’s move on to the primary element of your exterior, your siding. Your home includes an awesome variety of Vinyl Siding colors to choose from. Some communities will have a predetermined palette of color options, the Eastbrook team works really hard to ensure that homes near each other are unique and that the same colors are not used continuously. This step helps increase the value of your home while ensuring your home is one of a kind. If you have questions about the options within your community, check with your sales agent or designer.
With that said we really do have a great offering of siding products and for an additional investment, you can even have darker and more dramatic colors.
When considering exterior features don’t forget to think about garage doors and windows!
There are a variety of different styles of garage doors out there and the included style will vary depending on what community you are building in.
Everything from a beaded style garage door to a wood grained option is available. Even glass can be added for that little something extra. Be sure to check out Eastbrook’s online design center to see the latest and greatest options.
When it comes to windows a white single hung style is included. This is a classic and timeless look that works great with every siding color. However, if you’re seeking something different we also offer various other color windows along with double hung styles that could be added for an additional cost.
Depending on which front elevation you select, you’ll have different exterior features. It is possible that you will have stone on your front elevation or even a metal roof. It could be that you have different types of siding such as board and batten or shake. These are all details that you will look at with your sales agent when selecting your home’s elevation.
There are other exterior and garage options such as Garage door openers, deck options, and gutters – ask your designer for more details.
Whatever options you choose, your designer will help you create amazing “curbside appeal” while making sure your home reflects your personal style.
