Price Increases for 2018

At Eastbrook Homes, one of our core priorities is right on the front page of our website for all to see. Our priority is to give our new owners the very best quality home we can for a price that’s reasonable, and affordable:

Always more home for the money.

For our team, that is also a constant reminder of our company’s promise to provide the best possible value to our clients, a promise made by Eastbrook Homes CEO, Mick McGraw.

Costs of Your New Home

Eastbrook Homes works diligently to find the right products, lock in prices, and pass those savings on to our new home buyers. By teaming up with a group of other builders we use the power of collective influence to buy building materials at a better price. This also helps us keep our new home prices at a steady rate throughout the year when other builders are adjusting their prices to match seasonal cost swings. The price of a new home is based on a variety of components, including the costs of the home site, the materials and products, and the labor. Current market conditions are creating cost pressures that we must address, but we are not alone. Other builders face the same external pressure that we do, and they will also respond the only way they can – by increasing prices.

Price Increases

Despite our efforts to keep costs low, the market affects the cost of building supplies and makes price increases inevitable. Our collective influence helps us keep our prices competitive and steady, but material costs can still increase due to demand, natural disasters, and fluctuations in supply. With the new year comes new housing industry costs, and over the next few months, we will need to adjust our own pricing to match those changes. When evaluating these new costs, we work hard to keep our home prices attainable for every buyer by making incremental increases over time, instead of pushing out the total increase all at once. This allows our buyers to take advantage of current pricing and to truly get more home for the money. If you are considering the purchase of a new home, please contact the team at Eastbrook Homes and let’s discuss your plans. It’s a great time of year to consider new construction, so please contact us and let’s talk about building your dream home.
