November Means More Than Just Thanksgiving
Winter is coming. It gets dark early and most people expect snowflakes to fall at any minute. As the leaves continue to drop from the trees, Eastbrook Homes would like to share some of our upcoming events to help you stay busy as the cold weather approaches.

November 10th – Hot Cocoa and S’mores at Town Square
There’s nothing better than enjoying hot chocolate and s’mores in the comfort of our gorgeous Bay Harbor home, located in Town Square.
In addition to toasting marshmallows and drinking gourmet hot chocolate, you can also enter a prize drawing for a Hart Christmas Tree Farm gift card.

November 10th – Grand Opening of our New Phase at Rockford Highlands
Join us for a Grand Opening of our New Phase at Rockford Highlands!
Wine and Cheese will be provided by Rockford Cheese Shop.
Stop in and tour our new Mayfair Model Home and learn about the phases!
Come learn how you can live near downtown Rockford and still enjoy parks and trails in your own backyard.
November 14th – Pick Your Neighbor Event at Koinonia Woods
Join us for refreshments and prizes at our Pick Your Neighbor Event. When you bring a friend or family member, you’ll be entered to win our grand prize of the evening, a $125 Gift Card to Blue Water Grill!
November 15th – Ask an Expert at Shadow Glen
Bring your questions about home ownership to our Shadow Glen community in Grand Ledge, MI and join us for donuts, cider, and fun fall festivities!
November 15th – Deer Widows Weekend at Hathaway Lakes
While the men are away, the ladies will play! Join us in the Hathaway Lakes Clubhouse for:
- Wine Tasting provided by Lemon Creek Winery
- Wine Giveaway: Bring a New Friend to Eastbrook and Win a Bottle of Wine!
- Free 10 Min Massages by a Professional Masseuse
- Holiday Wreath Making: Limited Space Available
- The first 16 people to RSVP online will work with Wasserman’s Flowers to make wreaths with live greenery, pretty ribbons, great accents and decorating pieces (valued at $35 each).
