It’s Valentine’s Day – Love your Home!
It’s that time of year when thoughts turn to roses and chocolate, or maybe even something sparkly wrapped up in a box. Love is in the air as they say, and at Eastbrook Homes, we want you to love your home.
If you’re thinking about building or buying a new home, we want to help. Eastbrook has put together a series of educational, informative, and fun events to help you be better prepared for the choices and options involved in building your new home.
In January, we began our New Year, New Home series of free workshops, Q&A sessions, and other events that cover topics like the purchasing process, financing options, and other important subjects.
Since we wouldn’t want to invite our guests to a bunch of stuffy, mid-winter classes, all of our events are based on fun themes like lunches from local eateries, wine and cheese parties, beer tastings, and much more.
Although our New Year, New Home series officially started in January, there are a lot of events left on the calendar that we know you’ll love. The series runs through February and March, with upcoming events that include our Valentine’s Day Party at Hidden Canyon on February 13th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, where we’ll have an enhanced Open House with a tour of the home, and of course – chocolate.
We would love you to be our guest on February 15th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Macatawa Legends for part of our Building 101 series and a dessert bar at the newly renovated clubhouse. Come learn more about the Eastbrook Building process and all of the amazing amenities that Macatawa Legends has to offer.
Or, join us on February 27th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at 6014 Southridge Rd East Lansing, MI, for a Question and Answer session about the Eastbrook Building Process. As part of our Building 101 Educational Series, you’ll be able to able to enjoy light refreshments while one of our experts will run through the steps in the building process and then provide arrow-straight answers that get to the heart of everyone’s questions.
Also on February 27th, we’ll be hosting a Cabin Fever party at Cook’s Crossing from 6:00 to 8:00 pm where we will show off our new showcase home. You’ll also love the wine and cheese party, and it also will help chase away those mid-winter blues.
On March 12th, we’ll be hosting a Home Financing Workshop from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at the Eastbrook Community of Lowing Woods. This low-pressure workshop is designed to provide our guests with information about financing options and the opportunity to ask our experts questions about available options.
Join us on March 19th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Town Square for the last event in our Building 101 Educational Series. We will be hosting a Mix and Mingle, complete with refreshments, as well as a Rent vs Own presentation from one of our Eastbrook Lending Partners. There will also be a Q&A session, and guests can tour the modern and unique homes at Town Square.
We’ve created a calendar full of events designed to educate new home builders and buyers about building and financing options, our building process, and much more. And, Spring is not only the time that roses begin to bloom. It is also a great time to begin building and these events will help you take the first steps.
If you are considering buying or building your dream home, or you’re not sure you’re ready and have questions to ask, this series of workshops and events was designed for you. Join us at one, or all, of our New Year, New Home educational events and learn how to make your dream home a reality you’ll love.
Please visit the Eastbrook Homes Educational Series webpage for more information, including a calendar of upcoming events and details about each one.
