Eastbrook University – Come Discover Answers in the New EBU!
Building a new home is one of the biggest events in most people’s lives. Many new home builders have never gone through the process before, and for some, the home they create may even be the first one they have ever owned.
It’s important to be prepared for any project, but… we’re talking about your dream home here. For something this big, you need to be educated, informed, and inspired. You need to be prepared for the many decisions and selections that it takes to build your perfect home.
Eastbrook Homes believes everyone should have access to the educational resources they need to make one of the most important decisions of their life. That’s why we’ve created the Eastbrook University, or EBU – a library of informative and instructional articles, graphics, and videos designed to provide our new home builders with the knowledge they need to create the home of their dreams.
Eastbrook University visitors will find simple navigation designed to help you find easily find answers and information. Select one of the main topics and you’ll find a variety of videos and flyers designed to help you make educated decisions during the building process.
The EBU is more than just information about the building process. We also covered topics such as E3 – our Eastbrook Energy Efficiency standard which will ensure your new home conserves resources and reduces your utility costs.
You’ll also find highlights about our building partners and the materials or services they supply, such as about LP Products. LP provides engineered wood that’s strong, durable, and ensures your home retains long-lasting appeal.
This year, we’ve also created a series of events that are aimed at keeping our buyers and builders informed and educated. Got questions? You’ll find answers by attending our New Year: New Home educational series, where experts will be available to answer questions about important topics such as the building process, financing, and even the choice to own vs. renting.
These educational events will include refreshments and are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Whether you’re interested in building a new home this Spring or buying a new home in the Fall, or you are just looking into your options first, bring your questions and concerns and you’ll find the answers you need.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer, new home builder, or existing customer the Eastbrook University can help you better understand the building process or help you make informed decisions about maintenance and improvements to your existing home.
The Eastbrook University is one more way Eastbrook Homes gives you more home for the money. If you have decided that this is the year to build your new home, please reach out to the Eastbrook team and let’s get that conversation started. Spring is a great time to build so get started now and spend the 2020 holidays in your dream home!
