Auburn Alabama Spotlight with Sales Agent Sylvia Pauls
New home specialist and leading Lee County, AL sales agent Sylvia Paul has been working with Eastbrook Homes for more than 10 years, so we reached out to ask her what she loves about her home town of Auburn, Alabama, and her home in The Preserve, one of Eastbrook’s communities.
Read on below to hear what Sylvia has to say below –
EBH: What do you love about Auburn, AL?
SP: Auburn has a very large sense of community. We support local businesses, show southern hospitality, have a large international community, have some of the best schools and we love our football. It is the home of the Tigers.
EBH: Describe The Preserve community for us.
SP: The Preserve is one of the few places in Auburn that offers lakes, green space areas, a clubhouse, and pool. The community offers such a great variety of homes with basements, lakefront, estate (.5 – 3 acres), wooded lots and 55+ easy living.
The Preserve has a great community of residents that offer social events for kids and adults. Come have cookies with Santa or enjoy a summer splash party.
EBH: What is your favorite home décor style?
SP: My personal décor style is mid-century modern. Love the clean lines and chic look. A bit ahead of this area. But we’re getting there.
EBH: What is your favorite home plan?
SP: My favorite plan is the Isabel. It offers a main floor master, with high ceilings, and open concept that I love. I built the plan but made a number of custom changes that fit my family’s needs. One of the great things Eastbrook Homes offer’s in the home building process. Make your custom changes and make it your own.
Come see me at the model. We added the sunroom, retreat upstairs with a kitchenette to die for. Love, LOVE what we did! Won for best kitchen too!
EBH: Describe the community in Auburn.
SP: Awesome community! People look out for each other. Education, family tradition, and football is very important. They continue to do a great job growing the town and making smart decisions on how to expand our wonderful city.
I LOVE AUBURN!
EBH: Why should someone move to The Preserve?
SP: Because we offer the most variety of new construction homes. Basement, lakes, estate, farm style, and traditional homes of any size. The lakes are stocked with fish, the pool is filled with families, the clubhouse is there for the residents to use for private parties and for our community events.
Come see what else we have to offer. We have tons of options – you’re bound to find something you will fall in love with. Its where I live and call home!
